With Shared Libraries, you can now download, and subscribe to, Libraries that have been uploaded to Sketch Cloud and, because all of this is built on open web technologies, these Libraries can be stored and accessed from anywhere on the web. We’re excited to say that we’ve taken advantage of this feature and teamed up with Apple to build their official iOS 11 UI kit right into Sketch, as a Shared Library.
I have been in tech for 15 years, and I have never once worked with a black woman. It took me over 10 years to even know any black women in my field. I’ve seen quite a few asian women, but mostly in QA, and rarely were they in managerial, development, or operations roles, so I didn’t really interact with them much. Because they weren’t a part of my technical circles, they weren’t really a part of my social circles, either, so I didn’t think about their lack of representation. Isn’t it weird how that works?
It is a toss-up whether there are more Swift JSON parsing libraries or Republican presidential candidates in the US. I don’t really have anything negative to say about SwiftyJSON. It works and saves me from writing JSON parsing code over and over again.
