Please share further details, I am going through something similar at the moment with these guys.

They have suspended my account for “suspected fraud” and not responding to any appeals or emails.

I only have 5 apps with Chartboost and have absolutely no idea why they are insisting there has been fraud on my account when the apps are not even being used.
