A Fight with Nervousness

Nervousness can overwhelm us and leave us feeling out of control. Nervousness by itself is not a serious issue but it impact your personal life. Many people have nervousness at some point or another. It involves fear, insecurity, self-doubt and nervous problems. People with sense of urgency, getting things done in a limited time span, and meeting with stranger may have nervousness.
The key tool for tackling nervousness is exercise. Exercise is more than you do for your physical fitness. It increase production of relaxing neurotransmitters and allows you to easily reduce your nervousness.
From the past 7 days, I do breathing exercises to relax my mind and to calm down my nervousness. I feel totally changed after these exercises and I do recommend it to my friends and family members. I use to do two breathing exercises to relax my body and mind.
1. Sama Vritti or “Equal Breathing”

To start this exercise you need a very calm place where you can easily do this.
This is done all through the nose, first inhale the oxygen and then exhale it for a count of five. Repeat this exercise for 10 min a day. This is very effective before going to bed. This keeps you active.
2. Kapalabhati or “Skull Shining Breath”

To start this exercise you need a very calm place where you can enjoy this exercise.
This exercise is start with slow but long inhale followed by powerful exhale through lower belly. This inhale and exhale all through nose. Repeat this for each 1–2 sec for 10 breath. Do this daily for 10 minutes. This is a bit difficult breathing exercise but it keeps you more energetic. The ideal time for Skull Shining Breath is in early in the morning. This exercise is almost like a cup of espresso.
