Peacock the VSCode Extension
This extension will give you functionality the to change the colors of workspaces. Ideal when you have multiple VS Code instances, use VS Live Share, or use VS Code’s Remote features, and you want to quickly identify your editor.
Let's see how its works
Search “Peacock” and install this extension which has a beautiful peacock logo do check the extension name and developer name also :).
After installing the extension press F1 or CTRL + SHIFT + P, and you will see the different options select the Peacock option then press Enter.
When you clicked on that option you will see different colors options.
There are options different color options which include Angular Red, Azure Blue, Javascript Yello, Mandalorian Blue, Node Green, React Blue, Something Different, Svelte Orange, and Vue Green. You can select any color for your workspace. When you close and reopen that workspace it will show that same color.
