I Am A Transwoman. I Am In The Closet. I Am Not Coming Out.

Thank you. I identify as male. I have always identified as male. I have always dreamt I was male, and at this point in my life less than 10% of my dreams I have been female. Since I am unable to have the male body that I see in my dreams, it isn’t worth it to me try to do it partially. If it cannot be what I want, then I can live with *this* version of what I do not want. I look like what I would want in a woman if I were able to be male. That is how I manage. It isn’t a great way, but for me it is the only way.

Thank you for this wonderful blogpost. If more people understood that “self-identity” means they do not get to tell us who we are NO MATTER WHAT WE LOOK LIKE then I think this whole toxic patriarchy thing would finally begin to end. Honestly, let’s just let everyone be whoever they want to be, and stop with the labels and the boxes.

Thank you. *hugs* -Bells
