The USSC decided long ago that freedom of speech has its limits. Yelling “fire” in a crowded theater, for instance, is an example of unprotected speech. If a person were to do such a thing and people were hurt or killed fleeing from the supposed fire, the person yelling “fire” would be held legally accountable.

How is this incident different AT ALL from the above-mentioned USSC decision? It’s not. And the dangerous idiots making up these false stories need to be held accountable.
