5. Drop a mail, take a regular, familiar and mild follow up

Service companies can also do some advertising through mail campaign, Facebook, linked in or other different platform like startups.

Never talk over commercials offer something extra instead of negotiation.

Take regular feedback from the client if they are not happy trying to understand their problems and provide solutions at earliest.
