As I seen it, I thought I had to be a certain way. The key word is “thought”. I would spend plenty of time in my head not even realizing it. It was just the way it was for me. Much of what I did, I just did it. It was what I thought was naturally supposed to be happening. I made many excuses and justifications for why I did what I did, all of which I actually believed.
