What a great read! I loved it and found it very essential that you put all these links towards sleep, food, prayer and exercise that most people neglect or think are overrated when in reality they are paramount to lead you down the right path.
My question, or concern is how you’d approach these goals if the first half of your day must be dedicated to a 9–5 job. Keep in mind you don’t dread this job, however, it doesn’t reflect what you are actually aiming for in life.
