Growth Strategy Division #GSD

As we gear up for the next phase of our growth, we are launching an entirely new division; Growth Strategy Division (GSD). As we launch this new and exciting division, we are also bringing on highly sought-after experts from various industries to join our executive team and lead our new Growth Strategy Division.

GSD Role and Leadership Team

Think of the Growth Strategy Division as an incubator of various initiatives and sub-divisions at Ferrum Network. This division will be led by the following new members of our Executive and Leadership team:

A Message From The Ferrum GSD Leadership Team

We believe we can play significant roles in growing Ferrum by helping the organization prepare for the problems of scale that come with fast-paced growth. In our newly established Growth Strategy Division (GSD), we are deploying a tested and proven lean improvement strategy that relies on build-measure-feedback loops coupled with strategic discovery sessions to analyze, understand, document, and optimize an organization’s operational, strategic, marketing, technical, and support sectors.

GSD’s role, plan, and strategy for improvement and optimization will continue to evolve as we discover and gather more information throughout our engagement with the organization’s various teams. GSD will take on the following initial strategic focus areas:

  1. Exciting New and Upcoming Major Ferrum Products and General Product Ecosystem at Ferrum
  2. FAS NFT Division
  3. FAS Incubation and IDO Post Launch FAS SWOT Team
  4. Standardization and Business Growth Strategies
  5. Public Speaking and Representation

The team at Ferrum’s Growth Strategy Division relates to and believes in the Ferrum mission. GSD’s goal is to help Ferrum redefine what excellence looks like in the DeFi, incubator, launchpad, and NFT ecosystems. We believe that with our combined expertise, we can craft a solid path to helping Ferrum grow the value it provides and solidify its place in crypto as an eventual resident of the Top 50 coin club.

New Chief Strategy Officer at Ferrum Network — Taha Abbasi

Taha Abbasi is coming onboard Ferrum Network’s Leadership and Executive team to serve our organization as our new Chief Strategy Officer. Taha has an extensive experience in areas related to technology, business, and strategic initiatives.

Over the last decade, Taha has led technical ecosystems at organizations globally, gaining extensive experience as a technology and business expert. Taha’s technical abilities combined with specialized expertise in Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure, and business acumen refined over the years gives him a unique advantage when dealing with cross-organization projects and initiatives.

In November of 2017, Taha shared some insights regarding the importance of encouraging the adoption of blockchain technology in his TEDx talk “Saving Lives with Blockchain”.

New Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations at Ferrum Network — Nick Odio

Nick Odio is coming onboard Ferrum Network’s Leadership and Executive team to serve our organization as our new Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations. Nick has an extensive experience in areas related to strategic partnerships, entertainment and influencer relationship management, and as well as strategic initiatives.

Nick is a crypto evangelist who has been involved in the space since 2017. He prides himself on being able to spot fundamentally sound projects before the market catches on. Nick has a solid grasp on market patterns as can be extrapolated from this Medium Article that he had written when BTC was at around 3K USD in March of 2020.

Over the years, Nick served as the Scrum Master and headed up the Operations department for a rideshare startup where he oversaw market launches under tight timelines. Nick traveled to 30+ states meeting with government officials and various businesses in prospective markets, including restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and hotels, to discuss and solidify mutually beneficial partnerships.

Nick worked as both a performing artist and a studio musician. Nick was both the Lead Guitarist and Musical Director for a group of 6 highly disorganized but incredibly talented artists. Recognized by Miami New Times as “The Mercenaries of Live Music” with his band, SoulFlo. He established a reputation as a versatile musician adaptable to unique sounds. Nick recorded and wrote music for the likes of Rick Ross, Chris Brown, Mario, and Scott Storch.

Nick is an extremely active networker who has enjoyed developing a large web of creative, collaborative, and innovative influences. Nick has already begun leveraging these connections for the Ferrum Advisory Services — NFT Division.

I came across Ferrum Network in August of 2020 as I was scouring about the metaverse for random low cap DeFi gems. I had no idea what I was about to stumble upon. I pride myself on being someone who likes to take a deep dive into the fundamentals of a project, who is behind that project, and why they are doing it. The products that Naiem and the devs were creating, coupled with the rabidly loyal community that Ian had fostered and the incredibly lucrative opportunities that were being offered to FRM holders, instantly turned me into an unapologetic Ferrum fanboy. I am beyond stoked to be a part of this amazing community and team. After seeing the inner workings of how this organization operates, I am more bullish than ever on Ferrum continuing to establish its presence as an absolute DeFi MONSTER!

Nick Odio — Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations at Ferrum Network

New Executive Vice President of Operations at Ferrum Network— Nichell Logue

Nichell Logue is coming onboard Ferrum Network’s Leadership and Executive team to serve our organization as our new Executive Vice President of Operations. Nichell has extensive experience in areas related to operational optimization, brand and asset management as well as protection, and program, project and product management as well as strategic initiatives.

Nichell brings over 10 years of industry expertise to the table. She spent the last decade helping manage digital brand assets and providing brand advisory services at CSC (Corporation Service Company). CSC manages the incorporation of 90% of Fortune 500 companies. It’s quite possible some of your business portfolios are managed by them.

During her 10 year tenure at the DBS division of CSC, Nichell was able to contribute to the growth of the division from inception to over $100 million in revenue by the time she left the company. In her last role, 90% of the ARR that contributed to the $100 million in revenue was processed and managed by Nichell’s team.

Ferrum Network was established with a goal to remove barriers to the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies and the technologies that power them. We continue to make concerted efforts to evolve our organization’s growth towards this goal. Our new Growth Strategy Division and the addition of highly sought-after team members to the Ferrum Network team is a significant step forward in our path to make our vision a reality.
