First (of many?)

Hello there random person!

I’m glad to have you reading my first post on Medium. I’ve been wanting to share my thoughts on the Internet for a while, but I often found myself being held back by… what’s the word… I believe correct term is “excuses”.

For the past while, I’ve been doing a lot of super exciting and experimental CSS stuff for Help Scout. Stuff that I “nerd out” on just thinking about — almost to the brink of “can’t even”ing.

A good friend of mine, whom I shared my crazy CSS stuff with, had periodically poked to write and share these ideas with the Internet. I suppose that’s what this first Medium post is!

(I was totally gonna write stuff sooner or later. I swear. The friendly nudges of encouragement and support definitely helped speed things along though.)

Regardless, I’m gonna do this! Admittedly, I’m not the most awesome writer in the world. I’m sure this post has already been littered with offensive grammatical errors. Hopefully this left-handed drawing of a chicken will make up for it:
