Sure, by definition a logo is simply an identity. And as Shakespeare once said, “What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” Right? Maybe.
This last week we’ve been deliberating over every detail in the branding process. The look, the feel, the vibe, the utility and of course, the mission — to bring people together in a more meaningful way through conversation.
We had been exploring numerous logo options seen below:
The look of each design was so different, but the common theme remained the same — conversation, communication, connection, voice.
After weighing out the pros and cons of each, we decided to go with a rendition of lips. The lips represent the mouth, which is key for conversation. After all, Unmute isn’t about how you look, it’s about what you say! With that being said, take a look at how it turned out below!
