Become happy in 1 minute!

In this post I will share a very simple yet most effective technique to become happy in less than a minute.
This is what you need to do:
- Close your eyes. Breathe in slowly and breathe out through the mouth.
- Repeat the process thrice, with a smile on your face.
- Imagine that you have just taken birth on this planet earth. You are a newborn or an alien to this planet and you don’t know anything or anyone.
- Open your eyes and from this moment, look at each and everything with a fresh mind. No past thoughts linked to it. It’s all new, a clean slate.
If you happen to fall back on the same old thought pattern, simply clean your mind slate again by reminding yourself “you have just taken birth on this planet!”
How and why this technique works?
Our mind is drained out because of the same old thought pattern. We keep thinking about the same things, situations and people, over and over again. The very thought that we are a newborn on this planet means you simply don’t know anything or anyone. Your mind is completely new and fresh!
