Find out the type of your anger, and use the energy by transforming it into your favour.

I am a firm believer that all emotions are some vibrations of energy.

Since the childhood, I don’t remember how I have created this believe, I understand there are 3 types of anger; In Sanatan Sanskriti everything has classified into 3 types, Sata (सत | sat), Raja (रज | raj), and Tama (तम | tam) so the anger is, but before diving into the types you should know the root cause of anger, which is

Tama Anger

90% of people fall in this category of anger, which is getting hurt by someone or something and punishing yourself by not talking to that person, stop eating or doing your work. Continuously thinking about the incident in your mind. These all are the traits of this kind of anger.

Raja Anger

This is generally associated with the system, people of administrative class, owning the system get worried by its state of downfalls. This can be seen in your manager, stakeholders etc. They get angry when their system is not working as they expected. If not managed properly can be yelled onto their juniors, less privileged service providers, like rickshaw pullers, less powerful people on road. They feel light by scolding someone and don’t feel bad because they are in an authority position at the maximum time of their day.

Sata Anger

Most obvious form of anger which is generally seen in people like your teacher, saints, doctor and few high vibrational souls etc. They scold you for something you have done incorrectly or harmful to you or the system. This generally doesn’t stay for long, they just scold you and release the emotion of anger, when you meet them next time, you will be surprised if they have ever shown anger to you. The best form of anger; this helps to keep everything on the track.

The ideal state, I have added it to the list because without 4 quadrants I can not draw a quadratic graph. I have never encountered anyone in this state doesn’t mean it is impossible. The state where a person never gets angry in any situation.

Wrote a lot about anger, you might be thinking you came here to make anger your friend but did not get anything related to that so far. For other than science background people, you must not heard it; There are laws of thermodynamics, one out of them is —

Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed but can be transformed from one form to another.

Here anger is an energy, that too a form of high energy. Now we are going to discuss the way how you can convert your energy into another form —

Tama Anger Transformation

If you fall into the Tama Anger category, it might be because your mind has free space to think about the incident which makes you angry. Easiest way is to find out and add other tasks in your daily routine; Not necessary to do them only when you get angry. Do them daily, when there would be multiple things to do in your life. You won’t get time to think about what makes you angry and your mind will push you to pick the next aligned task in your schedule.

Raja Anger Transformation

If you fall in this category; definitely you are administrative and have a few people sitting over you, who don’t let you do whatever you want to do. Figure out and list all the things you want to change.

Now when the list is ready, your task is to find out the least resistance tasks, meaning the task which is not impacting the whole system. You would get multiple benefits from this —

  1. Feeling of achievement
  2. Feeling of Power that you can change
  3. Securing the confidence among your seniors
    You might think you are a business owner, then this confidence is from your customers, stakeholders or a lot of people situated at various positions in your matrix.

Sata Anger Transformation

Though this doesn’t need any transformation based on my today’s knowledge, if I found any thoughts on this I will definitely come back and share. Or probably this is my state since childhood thus I could not find flaws in it. You can drop in comments if you can think of transformation based on the analogy discussed above.

If you fall in this category, I feel it should be your duty to share with others how they can achieve this state. I feel much excitement visualising a planet with no anger at all, may be it is the so called Heaven (never been there or not remembering how is it).
