Today, I would like to explain the changed tokenomics in ‘DK Mobile: Genesis’ and why. The core of the new token economy is ‘easy-playing, easy-earning’. This means that the characteristics of DK mobile: Genesis, which can be enjoyed easily and quickly, are also applied to the token economy.

The limit was the ‘separation’ of play and earn. ITSBLOC’s ‘PNE’ is meaning a structure in which earn naturally follows as you immerse yourself in the game. However, in the season 1’s tokenomics, the process of playing to earning is focused on protecting users assets.
For protecting users assets, ITSBLOC used USDC, a stable coin, to minimize value fluctuations in the conversion of digital assets and real assets in the process of earning users, and the result was a half-success. Because the community responded that the process of earning was not easy for users who unfamiliar with digital assets, although stability was secured in the liquidation process.
ITSBLOC team focused on the ‘safe-earning’ in season 1 of ‘DK Mobile: Genesis’, on the other side decided to focus on ‘easy-playing’ in season 2. Because we decided to apply the tokenomics that is the easiest to enjoy the game by applying the unique characteristics of the ‘DK Mobile: Genesis’ to their tokenomics.
What is the characteristics of ‘DK Mobile : Genesis’?
‘DK Mobile: Genesis’ is the first seasonal MMORPG game in the Korean game market that does not have an IAP. Therefore, in Genesis World, you must achieve success by crossing the battlefield and growing with only strategy and skill. In addition, since information is reset every season, it provides an equal opportunity for growth to everyone.
We thought that one of the key-pleasures that can be felt in ‘DK Mobile: Genesis’ is ‘speed’. Because you need to grow fast to be the best in every season, and you need to grow fast to survive the competition.
What is different in new tokenomics in season 2?
So, the tokenomics suitable for ‘DK Mobile: Genesis’ had to be easy and convenient for users to access, and it had to reflect a game system with no IAP. Token economy’s assets are following as below.
1) ITSB : ITSBLOC Platform’s governance token, which platform is servicing DK Mobile: Genesis
2) ITSBC : An utility token that is pegged with an ITSB ratio of 1:1.
3) Pentadra Token : DK Mobile: Genesis’ standard game token. It is the standard currency of blockchain economy system in game and you can exchange with Florine.
4) Florine: DK Mobile : Genesis’ game money. It is the standard currency to make basic economy activity in game.
5) Stella’s Trade Token : it is a voucher asset that connects with digital assets and game money. Using a certain amount of Florine, you can convert to Stella’s Trade Token and be able to receive digital assets.
1. Pegging with ITSB and ITSBC by 1:1
ITSB is equal in value to ITSBC. But ITSB is a token that is on-chained on the Polygon Network, while ITSBC is an activity token that is available on the ITSBLOC Platform Network. To exchange ITSB to ITSBC, you will charge a certain amount of MATIC* as a gas fee based on Polygon Network policy.

2. Exchange ITSBC with Pentadra Token
Pentadra Token has the same monetary value as ITSBC. But when exchanging these tokens. The ITSBC Gas fee will be reduced by 1% if you exchange Pentadra Token to ITSBC or ITSBC to Pentadra Token. It requires 1% of the total amount to be exchanged as a gas fee.
3. Staking
“Staking” is one of the primary functions of the Pentadra Token. All Dragon Knights can acquire special items that can be used in-game for free by staking.
The provided items are different based on the staking period and items. In addition, to stake It requires a 5% ITSBC gas fee. When you first start staking, you must pay a gas fee. Once you return your Pentadra Token after staking is over, you won’t be required to pay a gas fee.
4. How to convert Pentadra Token to Florine using Stella’s Trade Token
The Stella Trade Token is a connection between the game economy and the token economy. You can acquire additional Florine by exchanging a digital asset. You can exchange Stella’s Trade Token for a certain amount of Pentadra Token, convert it to Florine, and use it in-game. When converting from Pentadra Token to Stella’s Trade Token, it won’t charge a gas fee.
5. How to withdraw Florine using Stella’s Trade Token
All users can obtain Stella’s Trade Token by exchanging Florine which earned in-game for a Pentadra Token. When you convert Stella’s Trade Token to Pentadra Token, you are required a 1% ITSBC gas fee. Using those Pentadra Tokens you can convert your Florine to ITSBC and ITSB. At the end, all Dragon Knights can exchange digital assets for cash.
