If Anchor isn’t the fastest growing social network on the iPhone App Store today, then it certainly feels like it to this user. If you haven’t had the chance to see the emerging network of personalized radio, audio phenoms, and micropodcasting personalities, then you should definitely check it out. Not because of it’s ease of use, extremely accessible, or yields great enjoyment for even the slightest engagement (i.e. listening), but because it’s not just a network. It is, in the truest sense, a community those interconnectedness is growing stronger by the day, easily surpassing the kind of engagement Twitter users feel even at its earliest stages.
Maybe radio isn’t dead, it just needed everyday people to breath some life into it.
