“Failure Will Never Overtake Me If My Determination To Succeed Is Strong Enough.”- Og Mandino
Change takes time and patience, but don’t miss out on making it happen!
KNOW WHAT WORKS
I don’t know about you, but I tend to get the best out of myself when I can break things down to the smallest morsels. I just consume, digest and get better results that way. I learned quickly that short-term goals work the best for me. With that said, what better than breaking down my weeks into daily action steps.
THE PLAN
I created The Weekly 33 to challenge myself to live out more fulfilling weeks. I made it a point to focus on enhancing mentally, physically, spiritually, and economically, but I knew one thing for sure…
Like any new thing it was going to be hard to keep accountable in the beginning. As I got better at making sure I lived out these steps (picking 5 a day to focus on) I experienced leaps and bounds of improvement. I am excited to share them with you!
CHALLENGE YOUR THINKING
I liked the idea of a weekly system as it leaves time for adjustments and basically allows time to get things done. So, don’t be discouraged and say to yourself things like:
- I don’t have time to do these
- I work long hours it’s impossible to get these things done
- These are so cheesy and pointless
- I already do these things
In the beginning stages check off one step at a time as you complete them. I suggest picking 5 a day and focus on only fulfilling those action steps. Eventually you will get to a point where keeping tabs isn’t necessary because these steps will begin to fit naturally into your daily and weekly life.
