Deep learning shouldn’t be dismissed as a buzzword—there have been real, tangible results made possible by leveraging the methodology. However, this section overstates the reach of deep learning. Just as you mention that quantum computing is useful for “certain classes of algorithms,” so too does deep learning only hold promise in “certain class of problem sets” as it stands today.
