I disagree with the specificity of this one — don’t play video games. You easily could have made this more general while providing examples of unhealthy habits (netflix binging, video game addiction, etc.). I can envision a landscape where video games and more immersive simulated / virtual reality is an incredibly important learning tool and skill.
