‘Going for a coffee’ is hugely underrated — in my experience you can learn a lot for the price of a flat white. Some of the most valuable things I know have come from a conversation with someone who simply knows more about something than I do.

You can read the 140 character quote anywhere. But the kind of inspiration that comes from two people sharing stories is unique to this encounter. It brings the opportunity to pause and explore without an agenda.

Some people will ignore you and others will ask whats in it for them — fuck ‘em. The fear of rejection is heavy but no matter how unobtainable you think a person’s time is you’ll never actually know until you ask.

Coffee?
