What qualifications of Artists a Studio like Jotter need ?

Do we need people with great drawing and painting skills ? Yeah.

Do we need smart people ? Yeah, super smart would be best.

Do we need fucking-awesome-unbelievably-superstar-in the whole galaxy artists ? Yes ! Sure !

But the most important virtue of people we need at a Studio like Jotter is humbleness, supported with an open mind to accept other’s arguments and a wit to born win-win solutions.

We need people with humility to keep learning, studying and giving his/her greatest effort to serve unselfishness interests. For the sake of the Studio’s goals, vision and mission — the shared Purpose.

Because no matter how good you are technically, if he/she was only doing stuffs for his/her own sake and already full of him/herself, then there will be no progress, no achievements, no future for the Studio and the whole people who put their faith in there.

A Studio doesn’t need a single fighter, but a team player who can share its Risks and Responsibilities.

A Studio like Jotter is not merely your school, second home, or money making machine. A Studio like Jotter is your Ride to achieve your dream, shared goal, and shared purpose of lifetime in this world.

That said, if you don’t share your Studio’s dreams, goals, vision and mission then you should leave that Studio and find one that you can share with. Because you are not going to live forever, so don’t waste both your time and your Studio’s.
