There’s a lot of work that needs to be done. I’m sharing this.

This worries me particularly due to the fact that we might be currently attracting Olim who would be net negative on Israeli society.

It might be a good idea to start by cutting the financial aid given to all Olim, and direct those funds solely at attracting talented individuals.
