How the hell do you travel so much?!

It’s good advice but I think a barrier a lot of people don’t consider is being able to afford the time to travel. You can save all the points and cut as many corners as possible, but if you’re constrained by shift work or a demanding job, or other personal commitments, making time to travel is the biggest expense. Even if you’re holding down a solid 9-to-5, many employers don’t provide adequate vacation time, generally saying two weeks (which comes out to ten days) — it’s a shame because time away can help people recharge and return focused, relaxed and happier overall.
