I really like your post, but I gotta say that imperatively saying that recruiting experience nowadays, specially in tech follows the ‘interrogation’ model I have to disagree. I see and feel that companies are cherishing culture over skills/experience when it comes to hiring, so I strongly believe that the redesign has come a few years back and it’s only getting better.
I like the be yourself attitude feedback, this applies to life and daily work behaviour also. We spend most of our life at work, how weird would it feel to be someone else 1/3 of our lives anyway?
