Hello, DHH, it’s a great story. We are trying to implement similar system znd it’s great to explore someone’s else experience. So if each position salary is based on scale or grade does it mean that similar position (i.e. junior programmer) get the same payment? Does it mean that salaries are open information within company?
Also when you distribute 25% of profit growth how do you distribute it between employees? Do you somehow judge employees contribution to profit growth or everyone just gets a piece?
