SPACE TRAVEL

What boggles my mind is the vast incogruity between our capability for this kind of achievements on one hand and on the other hand, our helplesness and incapability ( or is it just indifference?) to solve some most basic problems we have in our daily lives down here, where the gravity rules supreme. Talking about incurable deadly diseases; about clean water availability; about poverty ,wars, terrorism, racism and all other types of discrimination , child abuse … just to get my drift. The list is so long! I have a difficulty incorporating these two faces of humanity into one picture.
