Susan Christiana, do not let anything or anyone scare you away. If /when it is time to move on, let it be on your own terms. There are a lot of lovely, talented and inspiring people on Medium and , inevitably there will always be the others too. Just like everywhere else in the world.

What I love about Medium, what is important to me and what I am grateful for is the feedback I get. I know I need that in order to grow as a writer. Therefore leaving is not an option for me.
