Reduce logistics costs

I want to consider the prospect of implementing such a project as LaneAxis.

Idea

Briefly, the project team creates a logistic ecosystem that will get rid of a number of problems in this area. This will be a system that allows you to fully control the freight at all stages of cargo movement. The novelty is that all information will be collected automatically, which will eliminate the need to hire expensive intermediaries (brokers, freight forwarders, etc.). This will allow:
1. Remove the human factor as a risk of failure
2. Optimize logistics costs
3. Improve the quality of service by reducing the chain of cargo

Also, the project is good because it can be scaled. This will be (in the future) not just a local service, but a whole world-class ecosystem that any company in the world can use.
Perspective of implementation
In order for the project to take off, in my opinion three components are necessary:
1. The project must solve the real problem
2. Scalability
3. Team of specialists

It is on the team that I want to stop in more detail, because with the first two points the project, I think, is doing quite well.

Team

Rick Burnett — CEO
One of the most important qualities of CEO is the experience of creating a business. As the project is infrastructural, complex, the importance of a successful background is doubly increased. This person should not just run the project, but still go through the “sandbox” — get out into the real business, scale, win loyal customers. Then the company will be waiting for success. I do not think this will be the case with the project leader. He has good experience in business. For many years it has been creating companies, exploring new niches, drawing the necessary experience. The man went through the kitchen and I think that the chances of success are high.

Luke Patterson- President

Experienced employee. Has experience in creating businesses, managing them. Has various skills in business (team management, projects, negotiation skills, etc.). A good addition to steep СEO.

Jacob Patterson- SRT

Developer with experience. I will not say that he has a lot of experience, but he was in a team with CEO in other businesses (in which he was with the founder) and therefore, with the mentor he was lucky. Since the team has repeatedly created businesses, I’m sure that this “trio” will do something cool this time.

The rest of the team is as cool, but it depends on the top how the rest of the team will work. It is the top motivates, charges and moves forward.

Conclusion

I believe that the project has a high chance of success. First, the team previously created businesses, and knows this kitchen. Secondly, the idea is good and it solves the problem on the market. And thirdly, the project itself can be scaled, threaded as a thread different services, services — this is very important, because what can not be scaled, with a probability of 90% will die very soon.
