Ivo Oskar studied psychology and computer science at Justus Liebig University and is an expert on automation, artificial intelligence and their impact on organisational change and transformation.

He is the editor of rebalancing.earth that aggregates facts about psychology, sociology, nature and technology. By applying first principles of thinking, it tries to find the root causes of global challenges such as pollution, poverty and human suffering in general.

It is intended to give orientation and suggestions to young people in particular, but also to everyone else, on how to cope individually with everyday difficulties and how to contribute to a collective improvement.
