IX Wallet has been operational for a little more than three months. During this period, our project showed outstanding numbers, which were never thought to be within reach. More than 20,000 users have already joined us and each day brings more newcomers.
To continue our expansion painlessly, we’ve decided to make a few changes to the way our Support operates. Original method, despite allowing for direct communication with developers, was proven to gradually become inefficient. While Sergey and Yang are still able to process all the inquiries manually, their time should be spent fully on bringing you updates and new product features.

This brand-new addition to our platform features a convenient way of communication with support and a F.A.Q. section that will assist every user with most common issues.
Yang Li and Sergey Storozhuk will not stop answering you on Telegram, you can still reach out to them with your marketing offers, proposals and important matters. However, our main developers have important tasks to work on, so we urge you to refrain from addressing them with minor issues.
