Professors outside amphitheaters’ walls

There is no bigger satisfaction than passing knowledge to younger generations. Teachers and professors are like torches for younger minds and their job should be better considered as vocation. These people have the opportunity to shape their students’ mind and this is a huge responsibility. However, this is something that does not happen merely inside the walls of an amphitheater, it is also their publications, research, articles, seminars, participation in congresses that show who they are, what they do and where they want to go in their field.

iYouth Lab platform actually permits them to showcase all the work they carry out. In this platform professors, as well as researchers, can not only upload their entire academic CV, they can also upload information about the projects they have participated in, their collaborations, publications, but also grey literature. The fact that some of their researches/articles have not been published does not mean that they have no value, or that they couldn’t be of interest for students or other researchers, on the contrary. In iYouth Lab every member of the academic community has the right to showcase their work and even start a fruitful debate or a call for a new project and get responses from people around the globe that may have the same expertise.

Having the opportunity to share your passion, knowledge, expertise with people that are on the same page as you is very important. When brilliant minds get united, they can work miracles.
