I favor Bork originalism because I believe that the Constitution was written by scholars and philosophers who cherished Liberty. I do not think Scalia was much of an originalist when he invented the right to own a gun from the well regulated militia clause of the 2nd amendment. He turned it inside out and took a black magic marker to it. They are all frauds when they choose to be.
