Thanks for sharing Anna. I can really relate to this very much. For a time I felt like I was a constant failure for not being at the level I wanted to be.
I came to realize that it was ok when I started meditating. When I learned to forgive myself for not being focused during meditation, it trained me to forgive myself for a lot of other things in my life.
