I run a peer-mentorship community for new grads whom I encourage to reach out to their potential employers directly, tell them why they’re interested in their company and their industry, and ask to meet with them. It has been going quite well so far using this method (at least the responses have been great!)

How would you suggest new grads m without much experience offer value to their desired employers in that meeting?
