It is very avoidable..

There is something so inherently wrong with this picture..

I was trying to find an article, I could of swore it was a 60 minutes piece how in San Diego, there was this piece of land that was willed to the military for the expressed condition it was to be used for the homeless, and some where along the line, private individuals purchased it, put a fence around it and it just sits there..

It’s prime real estate..and right on the other side of this fence is the homeless camping out, the majority who are veterans..

I did find this though..you might enjoy ( well, not enjoy, but you know what i mean)..
