Picture this..

An active courtroom scene, the defendant on the witness stand, the jury box filled with his peers, onlookers held in suspense..

The character Atticus Finch stands tall, contemplating his next move, know that the following words may make or break the case..

Atticus walks over to his table, and picks up a piece of paper and walks up to the judge..

Your honor, I would like to submit this as Evidence A, if it pleases the court

The judge reads the paper, and says..

Oh my…proceed…

Atticus takes back the paper and hands it to the defendant…

Do you recognize this?

“Yes..yes I do..”

Can you tell the jury what it is?

“It’s a copy of the police report..”

Can you tell the jury what it says?

“No..”

What do you mean, No?

“ I don’t want to say it out loud.”

Answer the question…

“No.”

Your Honor, the defendant will not answer the question.

The judge looks at the defendant sternly and declares..

“ANSWER THE QUESTION…”

“ I can’t ..”

Atticus takes the paper back..

That’s quite alright, don’t read what it says on this paper..I will read it for you

“ No! Don’t! Please! I beg you!”

I’m sorry..but I must..it states that..

“Your dick is so small that you were arrested for indecent exposure and released on insufficient evidence”..

Is this true?

Opposing counsel screams at the top of their lungs…

“Your Honor, this is heresay! We object!”

“Overruled”

“But your Honor, to determine the size of ones dick is subjective!”

“I said overruled!”

The judge looks at the defendant and directs him to answer the question..

“Yes, your Honor…it is true…I have a small dick…”

The courtroom gasps in horror, the men folk whisper in hushed tones, some of the women folk faint..

Atticus stands confident, knowing he got the answer that was required to shine a light where one was so desperately needed…

Your Honor, I have no further questions…

Thank you Atticus Finch..you are my hero..
