“CHILDHOOD DIARY”

--

Whenever I muse on the departed spell

Numbness flows and freeze my tell

Long to settle with friends and foes

In wink of eyes distance from those

Madly tracing my lost paper boat

Bequeathed somewhere to an unknown host

Fade away odor from drizzly furrows

Chirping, tweeting naughty crows

Catching butterflies a long way chase

Take me again to the juvenile phase

Ain’t forget those rainbow swings

Filled my heart with nectarous wrings

Walk with moon till veiling in clouds

Ah, my heart whistles loud and loud

Standing alone at verge of sleep

Slipping in gorge that void and deep
