I agree. With students I try to encourage them to think less about being an “expert” , and rather just focus on what they can do and to continue progressing and improving. I may not be an expert musician, but I can play these 5 songs. I may not be an expert chef, but I’ve figured out a few great meals for my family. I may not be an expert programmer, but I can build apps that make customers happy!
