Who are you?

Who am I?

Who are we?

Where are you going?

Where am I going?

Can you answer these questions? Like really really answer them?! I have tried to answer these for a long time but I still have a long way to go. When reading a book or listening to a podcast about business, money or life in general, then it seems that everyone should know exactly who they are and what their purpose is and know who they are. It seems so easy, yet so hard when one starts to think about it. Maybe the thinking part is the catch — not to think about it, but just feel yourself ;)

I never get this question when I am snowboarding, surfing or wakeboarding. Then I just am. But these kinds of sports actually hurt the body :D so I am not sure if this a long-term solution. Or dancing — I can’t dance 24/7 — or can I?

Currently, I am sitting behind a computer, I am writing and going to do some work after this writing also behind a computer — This is me now! What is this? Who am I now — am I the same as I would be when my body is active.

After writing the previous paragraph I went running. Running is my go-to activity if I feel stressed out or just in a bad mood. It fills me up with oxygen and my body gets to move — usually, I do some pull-ups on random things I see during my run.

“So am I a runner?” Thinking behind the computer….

What are your go-to activities when you need a break?
