So I am currently changing two habits, coffee drinking and phone usage.
To do this I am only drinking coffee between 12 and 4 and not using social media on my phone for one hour from the second I wake up. Both of these have been effective strategies. I have by now, nearly 20 days in, pretty much removed coffee dependency. I don’t really even crave caffeine any more. Also although it is early days I have seen reductions in my phone usage from around 4 hours per day to about two and a half.
This post is only short because I am on holiday. But I said I was going to post on Mondays and Fridays updating my progress. So, I will.
