Why I Left NPR

Similar story here. I recently quit my job at a public media tv/radio station after 28 years working my way from producer to chief digital officer, because we talked endlessly about digital but did next to nothing about it. I joined the Institute for Nonprofit News because they don’t just talk. But beyond changes in technology, demographics, and audience behavior, those of us who remain committed to the public service mission of NPR and public media need to do one thing above all: collaborate.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
