Method 1: Restore a disabled iPhone with recovery mode

Step 1: Connect your device to a computer. If you’re using macOS Catalina or later, open the Finder. If you’re using macOS Mojave or earlier, or you’re on a Windows computer, you can download the latest version of iTunes.

Step 2: Keeping your device connected, follow these steps to enter recovery mode.

  • If you have an iPhone X or later, a second-generation iPhone SE, iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus, press and quickly release the volume up button.
  • Then press and quickly release the volume down button.
  • Then press and hold the side button until you see the recovery-mode screen. This may take a moment or two.

Step 3: On your computer, you should see the option to update or restore your device. Click Restore (It will restore to factory settings), then follow the onscreen prompts to continue.

Step 4: After the restore process is completed, your device should restart, and you should see your Lock screen.

Method 2: Fix iPhone is Disabled Without iTunes via iCloud

Step 1: Go to iCloud.com/find and then sign in using your Apple ID and password.

Step 2: Now, tap on Find iPhone.

Step 3: Next, tap on All Devices at the center of the screen and then select your iPhone.

Step 4: Finally, click on Erase iPhone, and then confirm.
