Yeah I mean, that still doesn’t strike me as cultural appropriation, if you’re just making food that you like. If you were to open a restaurant called “Nicole’s Incredibly Authentic Indian food” while dressing only in saris and wearing a bindi then sure, you’re appropriating. But I’m not sure how making food in your own home is doing that, even if it’s the only type of food you are making.)
