While I appreciate your words and backing of women, why do men always have to contextualize this issue by saying — “they’re our friends, our sisters, our daughters…” isn’t it enough that we’re HUMAN BEINGS who are being harrassed? This is part of the problem, perhaps event the core of it. Maybe this is why men in DC have no problem taking away our rights too — they don’t humanize more than half of the human race. Sorry, but men need a real sea change to occur so that we’re no longer these anonymous walking ovaries that they can harass, interrupt, direct, and otherwise demean. I think that time is up……and it’s about time.
