If There is a God

If there is a God why would he require that you find him?
that you set your intention
relax, be mindful
pray the proper prayer
think of the proper people at the proper time
rituals
why would he require you explore and read?
follow and move?

There’s a force that keeps flowers growing from dirt
universes expanding and shrinking
birds flying south, staying fed
certainly it is there to get us what we need too

All the things that you have been building up over your heart over the days
set them down

If there is a God he will find you
