Have courage. Believe in your abilities. Trust your instincts. Learn from your mistakes. Be careful, be precise, but don’t be fearful.
When you are afraid of being criticized, being rejected, your ideas failing; you likely already failed. You failed to do your best work. You are less confident. You think less clearly. You rush to get it done so you can move on. Your output will be a result of your fears, not of your abilities.
Fuck that. BE FEARLESS. TRY THINGS. You will sometimes fail, but failures are just an event in time, not your identity. Be fearless, and your resolve to bounce back will be incredibly strong.
Prefer to fearlessly fail, than to fearfully succeed. Because the success of the latter will never be greater than the eventual success of the former.
