A 2016 Preseason Power Ranking of Toronto Blue Jays ball caps

There are over 100 hats currently for sale on the Toronto Blue Jays online shop. So we figured we could kill some time over Easter weekend to try ranking a bunch of them from first to worst.

We’ve concentrated just on the men’s versions and eliminated duplicates or differences between fitted and snap backs which gets us down to about 40 distinct versions currently available. We left out toques, visors, and just random weird hats like the 2015 draft day hat. No science on this, just pure judgement. And there was a lot to judge.

The classic. Surprisingly they don’t actually have the classic game hat for sale, so this mid-crown fitted version is the gold standard.

2. Men’s Toronto Blue Jays New Era Navy Game Diamond Era 59FIFTY Fitted Hat

The darker side of the Jays. A more navy blue with the maple leaf is a pretty good novelty act that stands out in a sea of blue. Bonus points with the Spring Training logos on it.
