1- Walking

Walking is the simplest and easiest form of exercise. It is also the best exercise for beginners as it aids in losing weight without you being exhausted or overwhelmed. It is a very light exercise hence a person of any age can benefit from it as it puts no stress on your joints. Also, for people with tough routines can add this exercise into their busy schedules. So, start with 30 minutes of walk in a park or any track near your house, you can increase the duration as your stamina starts building up.

2- Cycling

Cycling is a good leg workout. It helps to burn your lower body fat. It is mostly outdoors but can be done indoors on a stationary bike. Aside from weight loss it also prevents various chronic diseases that keep you healthy and fit. It also is an easy and light exercise. 30 minutes of cycling at a moderate pace will surely keep all the unwanted calories away from you.
