Jeff, what a great article. I moved around a couple of times and I still have my best connections from an old car factory where I had a studio with many other artists. I was shy and naief when I got there first, also afraid of competition. Now I feel that we are all in the same boat and it is helpful to reach out to offer help as well as to accept it.
