How Stress Hurts Your Heart

In order to stop the bad habits leading to increased risk for cardiovascular disease, people need to replace them with good habits.

My vice has always been sugar. In order to curb that addiction, I use intermittent fasting so that my eating window prompts me to eat decent foods.

I love your overall message that it isn’t too late, John! Life’s too short to be stressed out all the time. Individuals need to do what makes them happy on a consistent basis so other pressures never build up to the point of chronic heart failure.

My go-to vice is basketball and chocolate. What’s yours?
